PRIVACY POLICY

Team IFC is a product operated by Divyam Enterprises, a sole proprietorship registered in India and registered for Indian GST.

Team IFC converts F1 25 game telemetry into interactive HTML race reports. You upload a .db telemetry file, our servers generate a downloadable report.

Account data: email address, authentication identifiers, and basic profile information. If you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive your email, name, and a provider user ID.

Telemetry data: the .db file you upload from F1 25, derived report data, session metadata, and your in-game gamertag.

Usage data: credit usage, plan status, basic device and browser information, IP address, and timestamps.

Consent records: when you accept our Terms, Privacy Policy, or billing terms, we store the policy version you accepted, a timestamp, and the full IP address the consent was submitted from, as legal proof of your agreement.

Payment data: subscription status and order references. Card details are entered on Razorpay and never reach Team IFC servers.

Support data: any information you send us by email.

To run the service, generate your reports, manage your account, deliver credits, take payments, send transactional email, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

We also use your IP address to detect your approximate country so we can show prices in your local currency.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your telemetry to train third-party models.

To show prices in your local currency, we detect your approximate country from your IP address using an offline geolocation database (DB-IP Lite) stored on our own servers. Your IP address is not sent to DB-IP or any other third party for this lookup. The database is provided by DB-IP under a Creative Commons license, and attribution appears in our site footer.

Team IFC relies on the following service providers to operate:

• Supabase (authentication and database)
• Hostinger (hosting and infrastructure)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Razorpay (payments and subscriptions)
• Google and Discord (OAuth sign-in, only if you choose them)

Raw uploaded .db telemetry files are deleted within 24 hours of processing.

Generated reports and account data are kept while your trial or subscription is active.

Consent records are kept as long as needed as legal proof of your agreement.

If your trial expires or your subscription lapses, your account and reports are kept in a frozen state for 90 days and then become eligible for deletion after notice.

Request access or deletion any time by emailing support@teamifc.com.

We use a secure, strictly necessary session cookie scoped to teamifc.com to keep you signed in across Team IFC, including teamifc.com and app.teamifc.com. We also use browser local storage for basic preferences. These are required for login and security, and are not used for advertising.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Team IFC and Divyam Enterprises do not store your card details.

Team IFC is operated from India. If you access the service from outside India, your data may be processed in India and other countries where our sub-processors operate.

Team IFC is intended for users aged 13 and older.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data, and object to specific processing, by emailing support@teamifc.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated policy.
